We are a team of multi-skillled, certified functional and technical consultants with decades of experience implementing a diverse range of Salesforce solutions for an equally diverse range of organisations.
WAYS OF WORKING
At the outset we help identify the business value of any solution and put in place metrics to measure improvement. Using our extensive product knowledge we help focus effort on unlocking the most value and providing the greatest return for the least investment.
We can either take full ownership of a project, or integrate into an existing team, providing expertise where it’s required.
Our solutions are primarily built using Salesforce on the force.com platform and cover the full breadth of applications from sales and marketing, through to customer support and back office operations, or completely custom apps.
Although we align with agile scrum team structures and principles, we view all disciplines of a project lifecycle as being either functional or technical and we minimise costly hand-offs by having multi-skilled team members.
Lead consultants
Our lead consultants are the main point of contact and maintain an overarching and holistic view of a project, performing a range of roles and minimising hand-offs, from discovery and solution design through to functional testing and training. They may also undertake much of the configuration.
With years of hands on experience building solutions, combined with business process design skills, they ensure our solutions leverage maximum value and provide an exceptional and consistent experience for end users.
Technical leads
Our technical leads ensure solutions are designed and built for the future, to a consistent standard and adhering to best practice.
They ensure all non-functional requirements are met and create the best possible platform for future development and for organisations to ultimately take complete ownership of their own system.
Admins & developers
Although our leads are hands-on and will likely undertake some of the build, our admins and developers augment this, working within the guardrails provided by the leads and providing scalability and expertise in specific areas.
We work to a configure-first policy, although we are happy to write high quality code when it’s the right thing to do.
